If you would like to request a refund, you should send an email detailing the reason for the refund to our Customer Support, at [email protected].
Once we receive your refund request, we will check if you are eligible for a refund, considering the reason invoked for the refund. Refund requests will not be approved in cases of claims of unfamiliarity with our service.
You will be immediately notifying you on the status of your refund after investigating your request. Usually investigation lasts up to 30 (thirty) days.
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund via payment method that was initially used by you if other payment method was not agreed with us.
